1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Blake McGrath Mentorship app (the “App”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
2. Who can use the App
- You must be at least 13 years old, or have a parent or guardian's consent if you're younger.
- You must use a real name and a valid email address.
- One account per person. Don't share login credentials.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid subscription billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Manage or cancel through your device's Subscription settings — we don't process refunds directly; Apple does, on a case-by-case basis.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the videos, posts, and comments you upload. By posting, you grant Cogni Strategy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of running the service. You can revoke this license by deleting the content or your account.
5. Community rules
The following are not allowed and may result in content removal or account suspension:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech.
- Sexual content or anything sexualizing minors.
- Graphic violence or content promoting self-harm.
- Spam, scams, impersonation, or phishing.
- Sharing other people's private information without consent.
- Trying to break, exploit, or reverse-engineer the App.
6. Reporting and moderation
You can report content from any post, video, or comment. Our team reviews every report. We may hide content, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We aim to act on reports within 24 hours.
7. Intellectual property
The Blake McGrath name, brand, logos, and original course materials are owned by their respective owners and licensed to Cogni Strategy. Don't copy, redistribute, or repackage them.
8. No medical or professional advice
Mentor critiques are training feedback. They are not medical, physical-therapy, or licensed-health advice. Listen to your body and consult a professional for injury or health concerns.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that put other users at risk. After termination we retain limited records as needed to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, Cogni Strategy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Cogni Strategy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you in-app or by email before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the App after the change means you accept the new Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cogni Strategy is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
